Arrow Altech Distribution launched a youth skills mobile phone repair development programme on June 20 with Resolution Circle to upskill student interns in mobile phone repairs and micro-business enterprise skills. The programme shall be implemented as a work-place integrated module that mixes practical and entrepreneurial skills that creates immediate capacity deployment to the work place or community.

Yekani Manufacturing is a 100% black-owned ICT electronic and manufacturing company located in the East London industrial development zone (IDZ). It is also a customer of Arrow Altech Distribution, and a sterling example of job creation through localisation.
AAD’s managing director, Peter Griffiths, and general manager of Sales, Renato Martins, recently attended the official launch of Yekani’s smart factory, which is part of government’s Black Industrialist Scheme (BIS).
